Estate Planning

June will work with you to prepare all necessary estate planning documents  including a will, durable power of attorney for financial matters, power of attorney for medical decision making, and medical directive regarding end of life care.  This involves an initial consultation, assembling information to prepare an appropriate plan, initial drafting and subsequent editing and finalization of documents customized for each client, and execution of the final documents.

June focuses her estate planning on “the 99%”, those individuals with net assets that do not require high level planning to minimize federal or state estate tax.

Initial consultations with clients regarding estate planning are without charge.  If June recommends updating existing estate planning documents or preparing new ones, she will quote a fixed fee for the work.
