June’s legal experience in the areas of professional liability, insurance coverage, product liability, commercial litigation and personal injury for both plaintiffs and defendants give her a unique ability to help parties to litigation resolve their disputes in mediation. June will travel anywhere in Washington and to the Portland, Oregon area to conduct mediations.

For all mediations scheduled in 2019, the following fee schedule will apply:

Cases with initial demand under $100,000 – one half day mediation at your office, including  review of materials provided by the parties and up to five hours of mediation time.  $1000 to be divided equally by the parties or otherwise by agreement

Cases with initial demand over $100,000 – one half day mediation at your office, including review of materials provided by the parties and up to five hours of mediation time. $1500 to be divided equally by the parties or otherwise by agreement.

Cases with initial demand over $100,000 – full day mediation at your office, including review of materials provided by the parties and up to ten hours of mediation time. $3000 to be divided equally by the parties or otherwise by agreement.

No administrative or cancellation fees will be charged.
